Overview

Influencer Studio is an end-to-end platform for building photorealistic virtual influencers and publishing short-form and ad-style video without juggling separate image, voice, video, and editing stacks. You can originate a character from templates or guided attributes, lock in identity with training, then produce reference-guided images, talking-head clips, prompt-driven cinematic shots, multi-scene storyboards stitched to longer runtimes, and brand-aware ads. Integrated voices, lip sync, a timeline editor, optional API access, and motion control from reference footage round out a workflow aimed at TikTok-style publishing and sponsored content.

Video transcript

With AI, we can create influencers that can do amazing stuff.

Yeah, why don't you shut up and let me introduce myself? I'm an AI-generated influencer, and you can use me to make talking head videos like this one. You can make multi-shot videos and be creative. I can even promote your products like these cute socks. And with motion control, I can even do stupid TikTok dances. Florian's going to show you how.

Yeah, in this video I'm going to show you how to create unique, hyperrealistic AI influencers in a matter of minutes with perfect character consistency and all in a single tool. You don't need complex prompt engineering and you don't need to study the latest AI models. You only need ideas. People are making money with these AI influencers and if you have some creativity, you can do that too because these latest video models like Kling 3 and Seedance 2 are immensely powerful and can bring any idea to life. You don't need to record yourself. You don't need a camera or a setup. You only need prompts. In this video, I'm going to walk you through the tool and show you how to use these video models to their fullest potential so you don't waste any credits or money. And what's more, I'm going to show you how to create a videos of any length, even longer than the usual 15 seconds that these video models produce. My name is Florian Walther and this is the AI Tool Corner where I review the latest AI software to find out which ones can actually improve our lives and businesses. Let's jump right in. So, I'm going to create a new influencer under influencer mode, create new, and here we can decide if we want to upload photos to clone an existing person like ourselves or what we want to do is create an influencer with AI, so a completely imaginary person. And here we can create a new influencer from scratch or use one of these templates. And even if we pick a template, we actually get a unique influencer because the template is only the base to generate a completely new AI influencer. And let's pick an attractive woman because let's be honest, we are all degenerates and we enjoy looking at women. Maybe let's go with the girl next door. We give her a name and it's always funny if the name starts with AI, right? So let's call her Era, for example. So this is our template, this is the name. Here we can customize the settings if we want, but this is already configured from the template we picked. Age 20, your hairstyle, eye color, you can configure all of this here. Let's just keep the defaults. Then it generates a bunch of unique faces and we can pick the one we like the most. And as it says here, don't worry if these photos don't yet look hyperrealistic, this will be fixed in the next step. So just pick the one you find the most attractive, even if it still looks a bit AI. A few of them failed, but we can always generate more by clicking this button. And let's just go with her down here because she looks really unique and continue. And then it trains the AI on this face. And this is what allows this character consistency between all the images and videos we generate in the future. And character consistency is incredibly important because only if your AI character looks exactly the same in every video, you can build a real connection with your audience. Because if the person looks different every time, then people will notice that and it will kill the illusion. Now this tool even has a custom model called Studio One, which apparently is even better than Google's Nano Banana, but we also have access to all these other image and video models. Nano Banana Pro, Kling 3, Seedance 2, all of them. Looks like our influencer is ready. There she is. Before we start generating images and videos, let's give her a voice, which we can do in the audio tab. We can create a new voice. We can either clone a voice or create a new one using AI. And this is the benefit of a tool like this, you don't have to use a bunch of different tools like ElevenLabs, it's all under one roof with one subscription. Okay, I don't know why it inserted Asian female because she doesn't look Asian. Let's say Caucasian. Caucasian means white, right? Young Caucasian female, 20 years old, friendly, warm, soft. Let's give the voice the same name as the influencer, Ira, and generate this. Let's check out the result.

Hello everyone. I'm Ira, your AI influencer. I'm here to create amazing content and build meaningful connections with everyone. I'm passionate about

If you don't like this voice, you can create another one. Again, with a description. Let's try the same description again. Soft, warm, friendly. And since this is AI, every voice will sound a bit different, even with the same description. This is the second one. Hello everyone. I'm Ira, your AI influencer. I think this one is a bit more fitting. I actually like them both. This one is a bit deeper.

Hello everyone. I'm And this one is softer and more

Hello everyone. I'm Ira. Let's go with version two. And now in the image tab, we can generate images with this influencer with perfect character consistency. And we can later use these images as the starting frames for our videos. So, let's start with the woman sitting on the beach. This is not a very detailed prompt, but we can upload reference images, which is easier than describing everything by text. So, we can upload a reference pose, and I already generated a bunch in the past. I want to copy this pose here. So, I just give it this reference image. I don't set the location, but I also want to set an outfit. And for this, I'm going to upload this black bikini, which I downloaded from Google. I want our influencer to wear the same bikini. So, I just upload this picture here, and then we use this as the reference image for the outfit. We can also give our influencer a product to interact with, for example, to make an ad. We will do that later. For the camera style, I keep smartphone to make it look more natural. We want to generate four images in 9 by 16 ratio, because we later use this to generate short-form content for platforms like TikTok or Instagram. We don't need to change anything else. Let's generate this. There we go, our influencer on the beach wearing the same black bikini. You can even edit these images. As you can see, the details are already quite high. This looks like a real photo. She has a lot of freckles. You can modify this using these editing tools. You can edit the image with a prompt and select the AI image model you want to use for this. Nano Banana Pro should be the best one at the moment and I actually want to zoom out a bit to make her feet visible because this is relevant later for our video. Trust me. Zoom out a bit to make her feet visible. Let's edit this. Here's the result. I think she looks a bit lanky, but it's good enough and you can always create a new one if you don't like it. We can also upscale the image to increase the level of detail in it. I think this is already good enough for social media because people view it on a small screen, but let's still try it. Upscale image. Let's keep the default settings because I have no clue about these different models. This is the result. It's the exact same image, just a bit sharper, but the eyes look a bit weird. So, I think I actually prefer the original image even though the image quality is a bit lower, but again, we have viewed this on a small smartphone, so this should be good enough. We can also change the angle of this image, which is really cool. For example, I can say I want another image from behind and now we have the same image 180° from behind. Now, it doesn't make complete sense because here the water is behind her and here it's in front of her, but I think it's good enough, right? Because you usually want her to look at the water anyway. I want two more images for our videos later. The next one is a car selfie. Again, smartphone quality, same resolution. Again, I upload the reference pose. Again, you can just upload the reference image from Google or TikTok. I uploaded this one earlier and I actually generated quite similar frames that we can use here. This one should be good. This is a car selfie. For the location, I'm going to pick the same image again because I want her to sit in the same car in the same pose and I'm also going to upload an outfit. So, you'll see how this works. Maybe for the outfit, let's pick this one. So, we can combine a pose, location, and an outfit all into one image. Let's generate them. Okay, this one is a fail because it used the wrong person. This one is also not great because it's not the correct outfit, but these two here are very good because it's the right location, correct position, and the outfit is the one we referenced. Now, she doesn't have as many freckles as in the other image, but we can change this either by editing the image with a prompt or using this face accuracy feature, but I think this is good enough. You will barely notice that on a phone video, and otherwise, the character consistency is really great. As you can see, it's the same person with the same face, just in different locations. And I want to create one more image. This time, it's just a prompt without any reference images. So, I insert it. The woman standing on a beach wearing a bikini full body shot. I later want to use this for a dance video. There we go. This is kind of a weird bikini, but I think these two are pretty good. But again, I want to zoom out a bit. Zoom out a bit to show her full body including feet because I need this later for a dance video. There we go. This is exactly the result I wanted. Perfect. Now, we have our influencer in three different locations with perfect character consistency. And now, we want to start generating videos. But instead of using this video tab here, which doesn't give us full control, we close this and go to cinema mode. Up here, we have different options, and we start with the talking head mode. So, talking head mode is the easiest way to let your influencer say something in a video and a scene you pick. And for this, I want to use one of the car selfie images we created. Let's pick this one. For the model, we select Kling 3, which is one of the best. Seedance 2 is also pretty good. I think they are equal. And then, we can insert a script. I've already prepared a short one, and as you can see, we can include pauses and emotions. You can also click up here to select a certain emotion and it will just be inserted like this as a tag or type it in manually. Then we make sure the correct voice is selected. Era is the one I want to use and the talking head mode doesn't give us more control over what happens in the video. We can only select the influencer, the scene and the script. We will later check out different modes where we have more control over what exactly happens in the video, but for now let's generate this and check out the result. Okay, here's the result. Let's check it out together. Hey everyone. Over here is the script. If you want to stay up to date on the latest AI tools, you should subscribe to the AI Tool Corner YouTube channel. Don't get left behind. So the character consistency is great. It uses our Era voice and the quality is pretty good. Now if you want more fine control over what happens in the video, you can switch to the cinema mode. Cinema mode is a good middle ground between simplicity and control. It doesn't give us access to all the features Kling 3 and Seedance 2 have to offer like multi-shot videos or using objects or products. We will use different modes for that later, but we still get some control over our video. So this is a good way to not get overwhelmed. Let's try this out. We switch to the video mode. We select from image because we want to use one of our starting frames. We keep Kling 3.0 Pro selected. We set the duration to 8 seconds and select a starting frame. I want to use the beach image we prepared where the feet are showing. Should be this one. The difference to the talking head mode is that now we can provide a video prompt and describe what we want to happen in the video. And I wrote, "The woman is speaking to the camera with a friendly expression. Her hands stay on the ground and her legs fidget a bit with a slight open and closing movement as if she's a bit playful or nervous." We don't activate multi-shot. We will try this out later. For the camera motion, we select handheld because this makes it look like a realistic smartphone video and makes it look very natural. And we also want to provide another script. We keep Era selected for the voice for character consistency and I've prepared another script with emotion and pause tags. It says that 8 seconds might be too short, so we could raise the duration or actually let me shorten the script to save some credits. This should be enough to present this. Now different video models cost different amounts of credits. You can also try out these cheaper models and I find that when you provide a starting frame, the model itself isn't as important anymore, but still Kling 3 gives us the best results, so let's go with this. Let's generate this and see what we get. Okay, here's the result. With Cinema mode, you can control what happens in a video, not just the script. Isn't this cool? Looks super realistic. I didn't see any glitches. Even the waves in the background look good and it has this shaky handheld camera effect, which makes it look like it was recorded with an actual smartphone. Cinema mode is my favorite mode for social media content because it's easy to use, but you still get a lot of control over what happens in the video. This way you can create cute short videos for a platform like TikTok and build your influencer account. I've actually done this on TikTok and even though none of these videos went viral yet, as you can see, we are getting real comments and likes and I also get DMs from guys that I rather didn't want to get. Here's an example of one of the videos I posted, which looks very real. If she's testing you, she actually likes you. Women only test guys they find attractive to see if they're the real deal. Stay cool, don't buckle, and her attraction will shoot through the roof. Yeah, looks very realistic. She wiggles with the feet a bit because I added this to the prompt and she has the same look and same voice in every video. Now, if you want full control over the features Kling and Seedance have to offer, you can use the video director, which is a bit more complicated. Here we can reference multiple characters instead of just one. We can upload different objects and products and let our influencer interact with them. We can create multiple shots and we have a ton of control over how exactly the video looks. If you just want to create product ads, there's an easier way. There's ads mode which we will try out later, so stick around. But we will skip the video director here because there's actually an even more powerful way to use the whole power of Kling 3 and Seedance 2. The storyboard mode which you can find here in the sidebar is basically the same as the video director, but with an AI agent that helps you set this up, so you don't have to configure everything by hand. Let's give this a try. We create a new storyboard. We will start one from scratch. I actually prefer the image frame to video mode. Then we give our project a title. We select a platform and aspect ratio. Let's keep TikTok. And the cool thing is you can generate videos up to 5 minutes long, not the usual 50 seconds that these video models generate. You can stitch multiple scenes together. This is super cool. Let's keep it at 30 seconds. And for the style we keep photorealistic to generate a realistic-looking influencer video. We can choose between Seedance 2 and Kling 3. I keep Kling 3 selected, which is better for influencer videos, whereas Seedance 2 is better for cinematic videos like action scenes. Continue. And here we can insert a prompt. And I've prepared a rather long prompt. Just explain in plain text what should happen in the video. You don't need to include timestamps or emotions. The AI will incorporate all of this for us. I will show the whole prompt on the screen. You can pause the video and read through it if you want. At the end I added "Add only a single shot per scene and use video prompts to direct the action. Make sure to include the verbatim voiceover script in the video generation prompts." I found that this gives me the best results. For the tone I select raw UGC. We select Era, of course. We can also add multiple influencers, but I only want her in the video. We can also insert product images to create ads, but again we will use a different mode for ads later. Here I don't want to add any images. And then we can let the AI generate a script. So the benefit over the video director is that the AI helps us set up the video. It came up with a bunch of different scenes and also an outfit and a location. This makes sure that Era looks the same in every scene with the same outfit and in the same place. We can regenerate and edit all of this, but this looks good, so it shouldn't be necessary. And for each scene it added a bunch of configuration. It set up the correct outfit, the location, video prompt, and the voice script. All of this was set up automatically. If you are not happy, you can edit this, but it looks good to me. And we have three different scenes. Those are the three scenes I described here in the input prompt. And up here on the top right corner you can always find the next step. The next step now is to generate the three starting frames for our three scenes. So let's do this. Let's generate them all at once. So now we have three start frames for our three scenes. And by going step-by-step like this, we don't waste a bunch of credits by generating the wrong videos. And now up here the next step is to generate the videos if we are happy with these starting frames. If the starting frames don't look good, regenerate or edit them first. And when you are happy, click on generate videos. Again, we click on generate all and wait until this has finished. This will take a few minutes. Here are our three video clips for our three scenes. Let's check them out. Oh my god, guys. I just found this crazy life hack that makes everyone not stare at your butt in the gym. Clip one, clip two. Yeah, there's a lot of idle time in the beginning that I don't like, but we can later remove this when we edit the video. If you wear pants that are not tighter than a second skin, people actually stop looking. This video cuts off too early. Let's try to fix this in a moment, but first let's check out the third and last clip. Not going to lie, this is kind of boring. Looks good. So, it's always the same person in the same location with the exact same outfit. This is great. We can also edit these videos or regenerate them from scratch. Now, the second clip is actually good. It just cuts off one or two seconds too early. So, let's try to extend this. I haven't tried this before. Not sure if this will work, but let's give it a try. Continue the scene naturally maintaining the same style and location. Let's also add finished voice over script. I'm not sure which model is the best for this, but this says extend with audio continuity. So, let's try this model. We keep it at 5 seconds and extend it. Okay, this did not work out. wear pants that are not tighter than a second skin, people actually stop get a really good workout in. Yeah, the continuation doesn't make any sense. So, I guess we have to recreate this whole clip. So, let's try regenerate shot instead. Okay, this one actually looks good. If you wear pants that are not tighter than a second skin, people actually stop looking. So, now we have the full script in the second clip. And now we can download all of these videos and we can stitch them together in a video editing tool into one big video. If you don't have a video editing software on your computer, that's fine because we actually have a full-blown video editor here directly in the tool called the studio editor. Here we can import the video clips we just created directly from the storyboard up here. Gym life hack. Let's select all three and import them. Then we add each of them to the timeline. There's actually a button for this here. This is clip one, clip two, clip three. We can play this video, but we will have to trim the clips a bit because remember there's too much empty space in the beginning of each video. We can just click and hold and trim the video clip. It's very easy. So, let me finish this. Here is the finished trimmed video. Let's check it out. Oh my god, guys. I just found this crazy life hack that makes everyone not stare at your butt in the gym. If you wear pants that are not tighter than a second skin, people actually stop looking. Not going to lie, this is kind of boring. I think it's great. We can now export this video in different video formats. You can optionally upscale it and then post it on your social media accounts. You don't even need any other software. I will give you my final recap about this tool in a few minutes, but first I want to show you the ads generator as well. The best way to make money from your AI influencer is to first grow the account and then accept sponsorship deals where you promote a product and you get paid for it. This is very common on social media. I have done it myself on other accounts in the past. And the ads studio feature makes this process very easy. Here we can add brands and instead of setting this up manually, you can just provide a website URL. Let's say for example, I want to promote these Roka glasses because I got a sponsorship deal with them. Then I can just copy the URL, paste it in here, and the AI will automatically scrape the website and extract all the brand information like the target audience, descriptions, name, tagline, even the brand colors, and the different products that are available. The prices, everything is inserted automatically. You don't have to do this manually, which is really cool. Only the logo URL is empty. We can insert one here, which I got from Google. Everything else is set up automatically and then we can just save this brand and then generate ads. We can provide a custom prompt, but the easiest way is to just select auto and let the AI take care of everything. Let's give this a try. I want to create a video ad featuring Era, of course, our influencer, and which product do we want to promote? Yeah, one of these random glasses. Let's just go with this one. And now the AI generates the script. You can edit it if you want, but let's just keep this. It generates different shots. Again, I will keep the defaults here and just let it surprise me. Vertical aspect ratio, let's create this ad. Let's check out the result. Three reasons I love the wind down lens with my Roka TL-1. First, after being on the go all day Well, it's a very futuristic style, but I didn't check the script. If you don't like this, you can just let the AI generate a different script or edit it manually, of course. it helps me ease into the night without feeling so wired. Second, I still get that lightweight performance feel Roka's known for, so it fits right into my active life. And third, Yeah, it's a bit weird that we see basically her twin, but overall the video looks pretty good. it actually looks good. Like, I can leave a workout, meet friends, and still feel like myself. It's wellness, but wearable. Well, I don't know if I would wear these glasses out in the city, but we also get a fitting caption here that we can just copy. You can download the video and post it like this on social media, and the effort was virtually zero. We just uploaded a link, selected the product, and everything else was handled by the AI. Of course, if you need more fine control, you can always use the storyboard as I showed you earlier in the video. Here is another ad I created earlier with a different influencer that I really liked because this one is more casual, and it looks super realistic. Let's check it out. Wait, if you get headaches or after feel tired after scrolling at night, you need to see this. These are Roka Barton 2.0 wind down glasses, and I swear my eyes feel calmer when I'm on my phone or laptop. 30th anniversary sale is off sitewide until March 24th. If you've been thinking about blue light glasses, now's the time. I think this one is amazing. Again, you always have access to editing features. You can edit the video using AI if there's something you don't like. And the last feature I want to show you is motion control because on sites like TikTok, you will often find viral dances. and with motion control you can just let your AI influencer copy them. For example, I found this dance on TikTok which got a good number of likes. I keep it on mute because I don't want to get copyright complaints. We just care about the movement. Yeah, this is amazing. Then we can use a tool like SnapTik to download this video without a watermark. This is free. Download it onto your computer and then let's give this a try. So I select Kling 3 motion control. I upload my own reference video. That's the one we just downloaded from TikTok. We use this file. For the character of course we want to use Era and here we provide the starting frame and this is why I created this beach photo that shows her full body because this way we can copy this dance. Then for the face consistency we can select our influencer. I think a prompt should not be necessary because we just want to copy this reference video. We keep from video selected and let's generate this. Here's the result. Now I have to keep the audio on mute because this is a copyrighted music track; I approximate the copyrighted melody myself by humming. Movements and facial expressions still match the reference video. I will give you my final recap and take a look at the pricing in just a second but first let's take a quick look at the other features we have available here in the sidebar. We have this mass post feature where we can generate multiple videos at once. I haven't tried this out. We also have an AI chat assistant that can generate videos and images for us just via this chat interface which makes it a bit easier. And there's also an API available if you want to generate videos or images programmatically, for example, from your own app. Now, let's take a look at the pricing and I will put a link to this tool into the video description below. There are subscriptions and one-time payments available, so you don't have to get a subscription. Now, these new models like Kling 3 and Seedance 2 are expensive. You can always use one of the cheaper models, but of course, the results won't be as good. But, these expensive models also give you a lot of opportunity because now you can turn any video idea to life. You can fine-control exactly what happens in the video. You can reference objects, emotions, movements. It all looks super realistic. And with the storyboard, you can generate videos of any length, as we have seen earlier. You only need creativity. And if you have some funny or surprising ideas, you can set your influencer apart from the competition. This way you can distinguish yourself and grow your account. Of course, these models will also become cheaper in the future, but make sure to not waste any credits unnecessarily by watching this video again and following my instructions. The benefit of a tool like this is that it hides a lot of the complexity for you. You don't have to understand these different models and the features they provide because you have a bunch of different input fields and configuration options that make it very easy to use. And in the future, when new models come out that are better than Seedance 2 or Kling 3, you don't have to worry about this because it will just replace the existing models and you can keep using the tool just like before. I will put a link to this tool into the video description below. Check it out. And if you want to see more cool things you can do with AI video generation, check out this playlist next. Subscribe to the channel for more AI tool reviews in the future. Then I hope I see you in the next video. Have a nice day. Take care.

Standout features

AI influencer training
Create a new influencer from scratch or start from a template, pick a generated face, and train a reusable model so the same person appears consistently across future images and videos.
Reference-guided image generation
Combine reference images for pose, location, outfit, or products with simple text so you do not have to describe every detail in the prompt, then refine crops, angles, or details with edit passes.
Integrated voice studio
Clone a voice or synthesize one from a text description, then reuse it across talking-head and cinematic clips so audio stays on-brand for the same influencer.
Talking head and cinema modes
Turn a still frame into a speaking clip with script markup for pauses and emotions, or add a motion prompt, handheld-style camera presets, duration, and model choice for more directed short videos.
Storyboard agent workflow
Describe a longer concept in plain language so an agent drafts scenes with locations, outfits, prompts, and voiceover, then generate start frames before burning credits on full video passes.
Ads studio from a brand URL
Paste a company website to pull structured brand context and product cues, then auto-generate vertical ad scripts and shots featuring your influencer and a chosen product.
Motion control from reference video
Upload a movement reference such as a dance clip and transfer the motion to your influencer using a suitable full-body start frame and motion-capable video models.
Built-in timeline editor and API
Trim and arrange exported scenes in a multi-track editor without leaving the product, or automate generations through an API when you need programmatic workflows.

What it's great for

  • Launch a consistent AI influencer for TikTok, Reels, or Shorts without maintaining a full production setup
  • Produce product-forward UGC and sponsorship-style clips from reference poses, outfits, and brand pages
  • Storyboard multi-scene narratives longer than a single model clip and assemble them in the built-in editor
  • Recreate viral-style movement from a reference performance onto your virtual creator
  • Iterate image looks with edits, reframes, and alternate camera angles before promoting the best frames to video
  • Keep voices, faces, and scripts aligned across a content calendar from one subscription

Pros & cons

Pros
What works especially well
  • Character training plus reference images makes consistency and creative control easier than pure text prompting alone
  • Several video modes span fast talking heads, handheld social shots, director-level control, and agent-assisted storyboards
  • URL-driven ads reduce manual brand setup when you already have a live product site
  • Motion control unlocks dance and gesture ideas that are painful to specify only with words
  • Voice, image, video, trimming, and export live in one workflow instead of chaining disconnected tools
  • Premium video models are available when you need maximum realism, with lighter models still workable from strong start frames
Cons
Trade-offs to know upfront
  • Credit-heavy models raise the cost of experimentation, so planning scenes and approving start frames first matters
  • Reference combinations can occasionally miss outfit, identity, or pose, which means regenerating or editing
  • Angle flips, extensions, and some AI edits can produce spatial or continuity glitches that need a redo
  • Aggressive upscaling or face changes can introduce subtle artifacts worth comparing against the pre-upscale frame
  • Automated ads may pick stylistic or casting choices you still need to tweak for brand fit
  • Fully synthetic influencer and ad workflows still need policy, disclosure, and platform-compliance judgment

Best for

  • Creators building a face-led AI persona for vertical social video
  • Marketers who want faster UGC-style ads tied to real product pages
  • Operators who like a guided, mode-based UI more than raw model playgrounds
  • Teams that want storyboarded clips, a timeline, and API access in the same product
  • Anyone prioritizing motion transfer and multi-scene stitching over single five-second text-to-video clips

Verdict

Influencer Studio is aimed at people who want the full influencer stack—identity training, reference-guided looks, voice, social-native video modes, storyboarding, editing, and motion transfer—in one place. It still rewards thoughtful shot planning and model choice, but it lowers the integration tax compared to wiring separate generators, voices, and editors together.

FAQ

What is Influencer Studio used for?

Influencer Studio is used to create and train virtual influencers, generate consistent photos and short videos, produce talking-head and cinematic clips, build multi-scene projects, create ads from brand URLs, and transfer motion from reference footage, then trim and export results.

How does Influencer Studio keep the same character across clips?

You select or generate a face and train the platform on that identity. Later generations inherit the trained character so photos and videos look like the same person, especially when you reuse approved frames and consistent voice settings.

Can Influencer Studio make videos longer than a single AI clip?
