Let's start with the AI image generator. Here we can upload a reference image that we can then edit via a prompt and I have prepared this elephant backpack. And let's pretend this is our product that we want to promote. By the way, I made this image in ChatGPT but I guess you can also create it here directly in VidAU. And then we write a prompt and it is good to be as detailed as possible. I've already prepared a prompt. I want to show a backshot of a man hiking through a mountain area while wearing the elephant backpack. There's a large imposing mountain in the background. He is surrounded by other hikers. The sky is cloudy and there's an eagle soaring in the sky. We can configure this before we generate this. For example, I want 16:9 ratio. Let's create yeah two images. We can decide if we want to allow the AI model to be creative, which means that it will modify the prompt. Let's leave this off for now. And as the model we will first try out with our AI image and Nano Banana next. So let's try out this model first. We click on generate. And this takes a few seconds or a minute. And here are the results. Not bad if you ask me. The backpack is a bit large. We will try the Nano Banana model next. Maybe it does it better. But the rest is exactly as I described. There's a large imposing mountain in the background. There's an eagle in the sky and a few other hikers. Let's also try out Nano Banana with the same prompt and image. And by the way, the second image generation here failed, but you get your credits back when this happens, so it's not a big deal. Now, let's try out Nano Banana. Okay, I think this one looks much better, doesn't it? The size of the backpack is much more realistic, and the image is pretty much exactly what we described. So, now we could use this image on social media to promote our product, for example, on Instagram. But we can do more cool stuff. For example, we can click on generate a video. And now we can turn this image into a video. And this is really cool. Again, I have prepared a prompt. The man wearing the elephant backpack raises his arm and points towards the mountain in the background. Everyone is looking towards the same mountain, excited to climb it. You can hear wind because we have sound in these videos. You will see this in a moment. You can hear wind and birds in the background. The clouds are moving fast through the sky. Again, we have two different models: either this video model or Veo 3. Let's try out both. And again, we can change the aspect ratio, the resolution. We can decide how long this video should be, how many of these videos we want to create, if the camera should be fixed. We will keep it like this. Actually, let's create the image in 1:1 ratio because this is a square with the video model. And let's see what we get. And I'm also amazed how fast these image generations are these days. It takes maybe 1 minute, one and a half minutes. And then this is finished. Okay, here's our first video. I can already see that he's not wearing the elephant backpack, but let's check it out. There's also no sound, but we get sound in the Veo 3 model, which we will try next. Also, this is okay. It does what we described in the prompt. He's pointing towards the mountain, but he's not wearing our elephant backpack, which is a problem. Let's try this again with the Veo 3 model, which is the latest state-of-the-art model right now. Now I'm going to try the exact same prompt with the Veo 3 model. The only downside is here we have to set this to a 16:9 aspect ratio. So we have to cut off some parts of the image. We will set it like this. Resolution 1080p. We generate one image. Let's try this out. Okay, let's take a look together. This looks so much more amazing. This is mind-blowing. And we even have sound in the background. Now, I didn't hear any birds or eagles, but we have sound. And the guy is doing exactly what we said in the prompt, pointing towards the mountain. So, yeah, you want to use the Veo 3 model and not the VidAU model. But of course, in the future, they will keep adding new models which get better and better. Right now, Veo 3 is the latest state-of-the-art. I have another example down here, one that I created earlier from this product here, this poop emoji bag that I created. And this is another Veo 3 video.

So, as you can hear, they even talk in the video. So, you can get very creative with these videos. And I encourage you to play around with this. Next, we want to try out the remix video ads feature where you can create influencer videos from your products. So, this is not a real person. This is an AI explaining my product. Let's try this out again with our elephant backpack. I upload this image and let's also upload the video we created. Of course, we can download this and then upload it here for our AI influencer to use. I select both the image and the video that we created. Then I fill out the product name, the title. I defined a description and some selling points. Let's create three of these. And let's pick an Avatar. That's the AI influencer that promotes our product. Here we can set different filters. Let's set it for the e-commerce industry. And let's say we want a sportier and young person to promote it. There we go. Let's pick this guy here. Confirm. Now we have set avatar to Ryan. And let's generate these videos. Looks like we have to upload at least three images. So I created another one from this slightly different angle. Upload this as well. And then we can generate our product videos. So, let's check them out together.

So you can take these videos and you can post them as they are on Instagram or TikTok. But again the preparation is really important. If you put enough effort into these videos, then they can get really good. And I would always add at least one video here to the media because these clips look much better when they are in motion.

If you already have a URL with your product, for example, an Amazon listing or an eBay listing or an Etsy shop, then you can also create these promo videos directly from a URL. So, here on Etsy, I found a very similar backpack to the one we created. Who would have guessed that they actually have an elephant backpack here? Let's take this link. Let's paste it in here. And as you can see, it automatically extracts the description, the product name, and all the media files out of this listing, which saves you a ton of time. Then we can again configure this. We can select an avatar. We can also let it select one automatically. The hook is another feature where you can add this little intro with a viral TikTok hook. We keep this off. You can play around with this. We set the objective to a product sales video length, let's say 15 seconds. And we keep the aspect ratio and the language as they are. Generate. And now we get a bunch of AI influencer videos for our Etsy listing. Now, as it says here, the lip sync will only be correct after we rendered the video. So, we didn't pay anything yet. And then we can make this boy talk. Here we can select the mode. I'm going to select pro max because this is the best one. And for the scale, let's select 9 to 16 this time. Let's confirm this. And I've already prepared a script. We have to select a voice. Now, I actually set the filter to female because the male voices all sound like grown-up men. So, I pick a female voice.

This is so amazing. I'm really surprised by how good these AIs have become. And you can get really creative with this stuff. Remember, we created this boy and the elephant and this whole situation from scratch. This doesn't actually exist. There are also a bunch of pre-made AI avatars that you can use. You can also let them talk a script, but I think it's more fun to create your very own one and give them your product to promote it. In VidAU, you also get a whole array of other AI image and video editing tools. Some of them are really useful. I tried the watermark remover earlier, which worked really well to remove a watermark from a video. You have a video enhancer to upscale a video, background remover. The translator is also really good. It translates not only the voice, but also captions that are on the video. I mean, it's not perfect, but it works quite well. Let's check out one I created earlier. So here I uploaded an English video with captions on it and it translated the video and the captions to German and I'm German and it sounds quite good. Shiny object syndrome. Shiny object syndrome. So you can see some artifacts and some weird effects on the video. So it's not perfect yet. But remember these models get better and better in the future. So this will keep getting better, but it's already pretty good. Excellent. And it's low-hanging fruit. If you already have the English video and you want to post it to other languages, then even though this might not be perfect, it's better than posting nothing, right? And it's very cheap and fast to create. My honest opinion about VidAU, I think these are amazing image and video editing tools and they keep getting better and better. I tried similar ones 6 months ago and they weren't nearly as good as they are now. They are cheap, easy to use, and fast. But I still think you need human creativity to actually create something good. If you are just lazy and upload your product image and then generate video ads, I don't think they will perform very well. But if you bring in some creativity, some cool and funny AI video ideas and scripts, then you can get really far with this. And of course, a big benefit of these AI avatars is that you don't have to show yourself on camera. Many people don't want to be visible on social media.
